2) Free, complete, direct and unrestricted electronic access to the contract documents is provided in the publicly accessible "electronic tenders" section of the portal www.promitheus.gov.gr. 7) The shortest possible delivery time is desired, which shall in no case exceed six (6) months from the date of contract signature.

9) For valid participation in this procurement procedure, participating economic operators (tenderers) must submit a participation guarantee. The participation guarantee amount may not exceed 2% of the estimated contract value, excluding VAT, rounded accordingly, and not including options and contract extension rights. During the acceptance process, a quantitative and qualitative inspection shall be conducted, and the supplier may be present if they so wish.
